Campus Life

Co-curricular activities are coordinated under the department headed by the Dean of Students. Together with other College officials, the department coordinates and facilitates all aspects of students’ life outside the classroom. The objective is that every student will grow and find education more fulfilling physically, spiritually, psychologically, socially, ethically and professionally towards becoming an effective workman for Jesus Christ. Students’ life activities at BBC are designed to complement the academic learning so as to produce excellent, God-fearing, visionary, skilled, pro-active, hardworking and transforming servant leaders.

Housing

BBC has limited housing facilities and as such is not able to provide on-campus accommodation to every student who may wish to get this service. The College allocates residences to students by the following order of priority: (i) Handicapped students or those with health challenges; (ii) international students; (iii) first year students from outside of Arusha Region. This service is offered on the basis of first come first served. The Office of the Dean of Students is willing to assist students in identifying on their behalf off-campus housing possibilities.

It is required of all resident students to always maintain cleanliness in and around their residences. The Office of the Dean of Students conducts regular inspection for cleanliness and safety and those who fail to meet the required standard risk being penalized and losing right of occupancy.
